What a sports filled weekend, 2 soccer games and football in the rain on Saturday. Baseball last night to round out the weekend.I did make it to the Joe McNally Location Lighting seminar on Friday. It was upbeat and Joe covered many ways to use small and large flash units. Need to get the studio set to shoot some stock food this week.

great action shot! sounds like you have been busy. i would have loved to have gone to the lighting seminar but i headed back from NJ to NC on thursday instead of friday like i was originally thinking. glad it was a great seminar!
