Very heavy snow and some howling winds. I woke up and couldn't see the fence in my back yard. 35 years in DC and I've never seen anything like this. My back hurts!!!
I love snow!!!! - My skiing trips (aka life before children) took me to New England regularaly as well as California and Europe. That said - this much snow on your doorstep....I hope you have plenty of milk in the house ;-)

This is nuts.
