Thai Ginger & Sweet Red Chili Shrimp

I did a shoot with Once Upon a Chef's, Jenn Segal last week for some more food shots of her recipes for her site. This one is easy and flavorful, (thanks for the take home Jenn). For the recipe and more shots of prep go here. Melissa Palmer this one has your name all over it!!

You do such a great job on the food photos. I especially like the way you have made the sauce look so luminous - you make it seem like it would have depths of flavor but still be delicate.

I can't eat shrimp on my budget right now so stop making me salivate over it! LOL :)

Very nice light, and very tantalizing too...

great framing of the scene. love the pop of color of the plum napkin and the details of the mat. Wonderful!
