In honor of our Italian vacation we did an Italian feast for Thanksgiving yesterday, Paul rocked it with a from scratch Ragu with Pasta & Pumpkin Ravioli for the main courses with Funghi al cartoccio al forno that I made, we did a Charcuterie tray, Caprese salad, & Pinzimonio. I got a little slack with the camera after the wine started to flow so this is all I got. Dessert went bust as we were too full. How bout them COWBOYS!!
