Hi Patty, Is the Tavern the the building in front of Olivia? If yes, then it had some lights on and the fences are down that were there last fall. There are new facilities I noticed also and the new bridge is open over the lock right there at the building.
Headed out with Olivia yesterday for a picnic to Great Falls, MD. Did get a little wet towards the end of the walk

Do you know if they've finished the construction at the Tavern? Last time I was out there - there was lots of snow fencing etc in the area.
