Yep, sometimes it will not be as glamorous as yesterdays post. But a good friend of mine, Jen, that runs Once Upon A Chef recipe blog had a great recipe for these. We made her Roasted Brussel Sprouts on Sunday. We are going to be collaborating on some more shots soon, so be sure to check out her blog for my images and her fantastic recipes.I had to use two lights for this shot with fill cards, Main Light (ultra 600) was back left, fill right (SB800 in Ezybox).

Ah you can always tell when Christmas is coming when the shops start selling stalk full of sprouts. I love them and may take up that recipie.
