Hey Mike, when is the Gettysburg trip? I might make that one also. I know my son would love it. MMMMM cheese. A good baked brie is one of my favorites, it's kinda like pie. Nice shots.mike meyer

I agree with wolf. The plate is great. The texture of the edges of it is very pleasing contrast to the smooth textures on it.
