Capitol Columns

I went over to the National Arboretum on Wednesday and shot this. Very pleased with the result, need another frame = )

D200, 12-24mm Nikkor, Bracketed five exposures, Photomatix Pro to merge and tonemapped, Some Vivezia to even the sky, and a High pass sharpen in CS3.

Enjoy your weekend.

Very cool! I so need to get over to the Arboretum. Haven't shot it yet in all the time I've been in DC.

Nice work!

I've never seen these columns on my visits to DC. You know all the great spots. I'll have to see what I can squeeze in when I come up to DC for my short weekend visit (hopefully in June).

The HDR came out great. Love the surreal feel of the processing. Well done!
