your food posts only get better and better. The flavors of this appeal to my senses so much. Skirt steak is one of my favorite's. Love how thin and tender it can be.

Truly, that image made me hungry, and I only ate about 45 minutes ago (traditional, British Fish & Chips!). That steak really looks good. Lovely lovely image.
