Resting

Still in Nebraska, but I shot this last weekend at Brookside Gardens with a d300, Nikkor 24-70 2.8 with the canon close up filter. This image is full frame, no crop. I love that filter!!! I only imported to LR 2.0 with the Matt K auto preset and exported. Where is that easy button? I am attending the Photowalk in Omaha tomorrow while I am here, should be sharing by Wednesday next week.

Oh my gosh, that is a beautiful shot. I may have to put that filter on my wish list.

Have fun in Omaha! I'm doing the Photowalk in Ottawa tomorrow. My first one!

Thanks for the sneak peek of this shot!

It's a total beauty and I love it! The close up filter did a great job on this as did you!

Hi Mike,

Wow... what a shot, one of the best I've seen posted here.

How was the Photowalk? There were a number here in the UK but I was mid-air returning from a business trip to Beijing...

One week to go...

Mike

Love this shot. I have a close up filter but have never thought of using it in this manner. Thanks for giving me "inspiration" to try something in a different manner.
